The New York Predictive Analytics World (PAW) conference was a very successful event, with dozens of presentations in three Business tracks, and the parallel PAW for Financial Services and PAW for Healthcare events. Rexer Analytics President, Karl Rexer, moderated sessions in both the Business PW and Financial Services PAW. He also gave two conference sessions: One was a plenary session presenting highlights of the 2017 Data Science Survey results. And the second was a highly rated joint presentation with SmarterHQ Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist, Dean Abbott – an open discussion and Q&A session focused on best practices in predictive analytics, techniques for data preparation, industry trends, and focus areas that can help new people who are entering the field of Data Science.
